MCS in collaboration with partners PSI and MATC has implemented very successful job training programs. The well publicized Tramont Project was the result of this collaboration and currently has welding trainings for Super Steel and Manard Steel. Participants are guaranteed employment after completing training.

MCS is Wisconsin’s designated site for the National Retail Federation training in collaboration with MATC providing a quality workforce for retail and customer service employers.
