Multicultural Community Services is a community-based organization dedicated to providing services to Milwaukee’s disadvantaged families since its inception in 1972.

MCS is a well-known agency in the Milwaukee area, with a strong reputation for superior service delivery, financial integrity, competent and caring staff, and successful programs. The MCS family of services from child care to job placement are designed with the customer in the forefront. The mission of MCS is to help people make an educational and financial recovery from poverty though education, training, job placement and assistance, and child care.

MCS and the Bayshore Town Center, LLC. have partnered to provide employment services. MCS has a beautiful on-site location in the newly completed Town Center, providing applications, screening, employment possibilities, and interview space for employers.
